5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in your proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
Payments are due before work begins.
Late payments may result in delayed or suspended services.
All fees are non-refundable unless outlined in the agreement.
Subscription or retainer services renew automatically unless canceled per agreement terms.
6. Disclaimers
CARO provides strategic and analytical services designed to improve performance. We do not guarantee specific financial results, ROAS improvements, revenue increases, or conversion outcomes.
All business results vary based on factors outside our control, including product quality, pricing, competition, customer behavior, advertising, and market conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
CARO is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services.
Our total liability under any agreement will not exceed the amount you paid to CARO for the services giving rise to the claim.
8. User Responsibilities

Supply assets, access, and approvals needed for CARO to perform services
Use our materials legally and within license terms
You may not:
Use our website or materials for unlawful purposes
Copy or redistribute proprietary CARO content
