About CARO
A lot of DTC brands are doing everything right on the media side. The targeting is dialed in, the creative is strong, and the budget is there. But somewhere between the ad click and the purchase, customers are dropping off. The page is not carrying the conversation the ad started, and the revenue that should be coming in is not.
CARO was built to solve that problem.
Our CTO spent five years designing and developing landing pages for DTC brands at one of the leading CRO testing studios in the industry. She watched what happened when conversion was treated as an afterthought versus when it was treated as a dedicated discipline. The difference in results was not marginal. It was significant. Two of the CRO specialists she worked alongside then are part of the CARO team today.
Our CEO brings a background in strategy and data analytics, having worked at Publicis Groupe and across the L'Oreal Luxe portfolio. She understands how brands build demand at scale and what it takes to turn that demand into revenue once it reaches your site.
Together, they built CARO around a shared conviction: the space between your ad and your checkout is the highest leverage place to invest, and most brands are not taking it seriously enough.
Our focus is conversion. We work across CRO, landing pages, and website redesigns for DTC brands who are serious about making their paid traffic perform. Every engagement is run in house with strategy, copy, design, and development all under one roof and all built around a single outcome.
